Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is announcing a vacancy of an Administrative Specialist (Goychay branch).
 
Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC (VF AzerCredit), which is one of the biggest NBCOs in Azerbaijan, helps develop the economy of the country by providing credit to small entrepreneurs so that they can grow their businesses and improve their economic situation. Work location will be at Goychay branch of VF AzerCredit.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing correspondence and communications by telephone and fax;
  • Welcoming people to the branch and provide information to clients and guests;
  • Preparing certain branch reports such as timesheet forms and leave balances;
  • Organizing client information and file branch documents;
  • Managing purchase of office supplies and maintain office inventory;
  • Understanding and supporting Company philosophy and objectives;
  • Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable VF AzerCredit to meet its goal;
  • Conducting all activities in compliance with VF AzerCredit policies and procedures.
Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • University degree;
  • At least 1 year of similar work experience;
  • Fluent in Azeri (both verbal and written);
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel and Data Base programs;
  • Determined personality with initiative and perseverance;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure;
  • Good appearance and good interpersonal, teamwork skills;
  • Loyalty towards the mission of the organization.
